Brad attended college at UMBC where he also played four years of D1 collegiate lacrosse.

Tamika Daniels enjoys helping to make wishes and dreams a reality, with over two decades of experience in the financial industry from origination to closing she takes much pride in her superior client service and with patience, assisting clients through the loan process. Tamika earned her MBA from Maryland Banking School with honors. Tamika resides in Harford County with her husband and three children.
Anastasia Willome serves as Mortgage Loan Coordinator. In this role she assists with helping borrower determine the best loan program throughout the Shore United Bank lending areas. Anastasia has worked in the mortgage industry for over 25 years. 15 years of those years she has worked directly with Jeff Starcher. Together they leverage each other’s strengths to generate exceptional experiences for their clients. Anastasia earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Notre Dame of Maryland University.
